BUYING OUT THE RESTAURANT
Renting out the entire restaurant on a particular day or evening was always an option when planning a private function. The price for renting out the restaurant did fluctuate depending on the day of the week that you were inquiring about. You had to contact the event staff to discuss the available options.
CHEF TASTING MENUS
For those of you who have a distinct passion for food and wine, the chef was always happy to prepare a tasting menu that allowed you and your guests to partake in a euphoric culinary journey through a full gamut of seasonal flavors. As each course was paired with wine, the Chef contributed a unique dimension to your dining experience by offering commentary about the food pairings and products that were used at Rosebud.
